EUNIC – The European Union National Institutes for Culture, offering cultural and educational programs abroad. At present, the alliance includes organizations from all 28 countries of the European Union. The main activities of the Association are languages, arts, youth, education, science, and intercultural dialogue.

The St. Petersburg EUNIC cluster is the second in Russia after Moscow cluster opened in 2006. The President of the St. Petersburg cluster, Anna Lazar, is the director of the Polish Institute in St. Petersburg. The Vice president of the cluster is Finn Andersen, Director of the Danish Cultural Institute in St. Petersburg.
